Mr. Shoaib Mir, is a distinguished public sector leader with an exceptional career spanning civil administration, public policy, healthcare, and corporate governance.During his illustrious career, he has served as Chief Secretary, Balochistan, Chairman of the State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, and Member of the Federal Public Service Commission. He served as a Member of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and a member of the panel for the selection of Pakistan Chairs in International Universities. He also serves as a Director of Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO), bringing extensive Leadership, Governance, and Strategic oversight to the Board.

A seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in assurance, advisory, financial management, and corporate leadership.
